Job Description:
The instructor of Biology will primarily teach human anatomy and human physiology, but will also instruct majors and non-majors Biology and other courses as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
65% Development of course materials in Biology related fields, which entail but is not limited to; timely submission of course syllabus' and supporting course materials to Division. Instruction of course materials in Biology related fields, , which entails but is not limited to; communication of all grades to students and the Division and timely submission of Student Learning Outcomes to the Division.
30% Office hours and student advising. Committee work and other University service
5% Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's in related field from a regionally accredited institution
OR
Master's degree in unrelated field plus 18 credit hours in related Biology field from a regionally accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D in related accredited institution
2 years teaching experience both in-person and on-line
Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00
