Coastal Carolina University, Department of Nursing and Health Sciences, within the Conway Medical Center College of Health and Human Performance, is seeking applications for nursing clinical instructors. This position will address instructional needs in the Nursing and Health Sciences Department for Spring 2026.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in educating undergraduate students in clinical and laboratory settings, specifically medical surgical nursing, mental health nursing, and/or health assessment. Candidates must possess a minimum of a baccalaureate degree in nursing, hold an unencumbered active license as a registered nurse in South Carolina or another Compact state, have a minimum of two years of clinical experience as a registered or advanced practice nurse related to the primary area of responsibility. Preferred qualifications include a record of clinical or laboratory teaching, experience in instructional settings, and experience working with nursing students and simulation.

Required Qualifications
bachelors of science in nursing, active SC nurses license, at least 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse
