About the Job
Duties
The primary responsibilities of this position include: teaching; student supervision in assigned clinic cases; developing the existing clinical courses in assigned clinic; and preparing students for professional careers in a multicultural environment. The position also includes the opportunity to teach other law school courses, subject to curricular needs and the interests of the successful applicant. Clinical faculty on continuous appointment or continuous track are encouraged to engage in scholarship and to participate in the work of professional organizations at the national as well as local level.
Qualifications
- J.D. degree
- Knowledge of law and procedure in assigned clinical area and a minimum of three years practice in that area.
- Clinical teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Applicants must be licensed to practice law in at least one state and be eligible for admission in Minnesota, if not already admitted to practice in Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $82,000-83,000 per year ; depending on education/qualifications/experience
Time Appointment: 100% Appointment
