An opportunity to join the Advancement Portfolio as our Technical and Data Analyst on a 12-month contract. In this role you’ll be supporting the Manager of Data, Reporting and Systems and working with data to convey insights that will in turn contribute to the University’s major gift fundraising strategy.
The role is a critical in ensuring that data is cleaned, uploaded, easily accessible by the portfolio in Salesforce CRM, extracted, manipulated and reported to the executive team to make important decisions. Ultimately, this role contributes to strengthening the University’s relationships and the ability to secure major gifts and to continue the philanthropic work that the University can achieve through the acknowledgment of these gifts.
About you

- has experience working with data analysis
- can write SQL and interpret complex data and present to executives
- has intermediate level experience in Salesforce CRM configuration and reporting
- has intermediate level experience in creating visualisations using Power BI
- is highly organised and can work autonomously in extracting data
- enjoys working to often tight deadlines and is an expert at prioritisation
- is a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and also a team player.
