Position Summary

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SEASONAL GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

(Monday - Friday 6:30a.m. to 2:30p.m.)

Minimum Compensation:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping duties, such as weed eating, push mowing, trash removal, backpack or hand-held blower, mulching, watering flowers and other plantings
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Ability to stoop, bend, stretch, reach, kneel, sit, or climb frequently and for extended periods of time while performing job duties
• Ability to work in inclement weather and extreme heat
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
