Job Summary
The Department of Computer Science at CU Boulder is seeking a temporary researcher. This will be a research-based position working in the field of neurosymbolic AI.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
The researcher will implement software on symbolic methods within neural networks based on the research of the PI. They will also conduct literature surveys and propose their own ideas for potential research directions in the field of neurosymbolic AI. The end goal of this position is to submit a research paper to a top AI conference or journal for publication.
What We Can Offer
The hire rate for this temporary, part-time position will be $20.00 per hour, working from June 15 to August 15, 2026.
Benefits
Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.

What We Require
Experience in Python programming, and a basic knowledge of neural networks.
What You Will Need
Experience reading AI research papers.
