Boston College Carroll School of Management seeks applicants for a full-time, tenured or tenure-track position in the Department of Accounting starting Fall 2026. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to conduct high quality accounting research and excellence in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The expected 9-month base salary ranges (paid over 12 months) for an Assistant Professor position is $190,000-$290,000; for an Associate Professor is $215,000-$340,000, and for a Professor is $250,000-$400,000. The actual pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate qualifications and prior experience, scope of responsibilities, internal equity, and market considerations.
