TES Barn Crew
Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine is in search of a TES Barn Crew member to provide routine animal care such as daily cleaning/sanitation of stalls and barns, rotational grazing, monitoring health and safety of animals, and transportation of animals to proper location. This position also requires the ability to operate a forklift and golf cart.
Schedule will be Wed - Sun, 5:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities
- Provides routine animal care such as daily feeding, watering, cleaning/sanitation of stalls and barns, rotational grazing, monitoring health and safety of animals, and transportation of animals to proper location.
- May handle pesticides, herbicides, and hazardous chemicals on a team or alone.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Expectations:
- Ability to drive forklift and golf cart.
- Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
Physical demands:
- Job frequently requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, handling objects with hands, and lifting up to 80 pounds.
- Regularly involves lifting, bending or other physical exertion.
- Often exposed to one or more elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc., with one often to the point of being objectionable. Injuries may require professional treatment.
Salary Range: USD $14.00/Hr. - USD $14.00/Hr.
