Job Description Summary
Support student success by coordinating and administering assessments within LLCC's centralized testing center. This position provides administrative and operational support for both computer-based and paper-based exams, ensuring a secure, efficient, and welcoming environment for a diverse community of learners. Serving as a key point of contact, this role promotes access, integrity, and a positive testing experience that reflects the College's commitment to student achievement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer services and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound judgments and work independently
- Excellent technology skills
- Ability to successfully troubleshoot computer-related hardware issues and work with various peripherals
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Experience in proctoring standardized test administrations
