Transporter-In-house Transport-Fulltime-Variable

Position Summary: Transports patients to and from Department and assists technologists with patient care and positioning. Assists with clerical duties, film filing, film processing and other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• BLS Certification and maintain current

Preferred Qualifications:

• HS Degree or equivalent
• Hospital Transport experience

Physical Requirements:

• Requires the ability to walk pushing equipment up to 400 pounds frequently.
• Must have dexterity, coordination, visual/auditory acuity to perform duties.
• Must be able to reach, stretch and assist patients routinely.
