Trio Ambassador-Student Hourly

Position Overview

The TRIO Ambassador will help staff coordinate presentations and informational tables about our services for the campus community and prospective students.

Job Description

• 95% - Staffing an informational table about TRIO Student Support Services (TRIO SSS) for prospective students at the Opportunities Fair during Orientation in June and July.
• 5% - Helping staff delivering presentations about TRIO SSS to prospective students and the campus community.

Required Qualifications

• Be an active participant of TRIO Student Support Services.
• Be in good academic standing with the University.
• Have experience communicating effectively with KU student populations as evidenced in application materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing presentations to the campus community and/or to prospective students.
• Eligible for work-study.
