Eligibility criteria
- the habilitation degree
- active participation in scientific life at the international level in the field of the Late Migration Period and the Early Middle Ages in Northern and Central-Eastern Europe archaeology and significant scientific achievements in this field, in particular a scientific monograph, scientific articles published in prestigious scientific journals, articles in reviewed post-conference materials
- teaching and organizational experience at a university as a lecturer
- performing the function of a supervisor in at least one procedure for awarding a doctoral degree or preparing at least one review in the habilitation or doctoral procedure, or obtaining external funds for research or teaching activities at the University
- fluency in at least two Western European languages
- experience in managing and implementing interdisciplinary research projects focused on active participation in scientific life at the international level in the field of the Late Migration Period and the Early Middle Ages in Northern and Central-Eastern Europe archaeology issues
- internships at foreign universities or research institutions
- meeting the requirements set forth in the Law on Higher Education and Science (Art. 113) and the UMCS Statutes (§ 79)
