Essential Job Duties:
In this role you will assist in day-to-day operations for major initiatives of the Career Pathways Lab, especially the Extension Summer Internship Program. This position is needed to assist with the coordination of the total Extension Summer Internship Program, and it involves work with applicant recruitment, program promotion, scheduling professional learning tours, intern orientation, Extension Internship Showcase, and evaluating the internship program.
The position is responsible for coordinating recruiting events for prospective interns, updating the internship website and recruitment platforms, responding to routine questions from applicants and interns, and performing all other duties as assigned.
Other Work/Responsibilities:
Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the organization and evolving priorities.
Minimum Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

- Ability to utilize Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc).
- Computer skills vital - must be able to work with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Data entry experience.
