Visiting Faculty Position: Data for Decisions
Bard College’s low-residency MBA in Sustainability program, based in New York City, has an opening for a visiting faculty member to teach a fall semester 2026 course focused on Data Analysis for Decision-Making in the context of building mission-driven organizations. Bard’s MBA program fully integrates sustainability into a core business curriculum, with students mastering the business case for sustainability, understanding how to align profit with social and environmental goals. In addition, all courses cultivate the development of leadership for justice within organizations, and in the impacts of organizational business models. Faculty members teach during intensive weekend residencies held once a month in Brooklyn; in addition, they teach an online evening session each week between the monthly residencies.
The low residency format supports residential location for faculty within a three-hour drive from NYC.
MBA faculty members are expected to have earned a Ph.D., J.D., M.B.A., M.A., or equivalent degree.
