Web Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join the Huntsman Cancer Institute Communications team. Responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly webpages that align with our brand and strategic objectives. Work closely with content creators to bring concepts to life, ensuring an optimal user experience across all devices.
- Design and implement website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces
- Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional websites
- Optimize sites for performance, speed, and SEO
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Excellent communication and time management skills

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). 2-4 years of experience in web design or a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the web design field.
