- Remuneration: $94,099 to $106,134 pa (HEW5) (inclusive of $79,514 to $89,685 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
- Location: Gardens Point (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Officer to join Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Science.
The Faculty of Science is seeking a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Officer to support the Faculty’s WIL program. The role has responsibility within the Faculty for implementing and maintaining activities associated with the InPlace System, including WIL internships, projects, and extra-curricular industry and community engagement.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people from all levels and diverse backgrounds and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Highly developed organisational time management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines while also maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a professional service in a busy client-orientated environment with evidence of the ability to attend promptly and courteously to client service provision.
- Demonstrated written communication skills including the ability to draft and edit routine correspondence such as letters and emails with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills including proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs with the ability to function competently in a web-based systems environment. Experience in QUT systems (InPlace, SAMS, Canvas, Q Records, AskQUT) is highly regarded.
