Brief Summary of Work for this Position:
The program assistants for the Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) are responsible for most of the group project workings. This means that the program assists will be assigned a portion of the program class and help facilitate their completion of the business plan. Each group will use the knowledge offered by the program leader to develop a business plan. The group assistants will help keep the students focused and help with group dynamics. They will prompt students to follow their metrics and resolve differences between group members. On a daily basis they will also help with monitoring the students as the YEP program tours or visits on campus and during the lunches. They help with all group activities such as the ice breakers and practice runs of their presentations. The program assistants know and understand the business terms and metrics for success and can help guide the groups for optimal success.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree

Work Hours: 7:30a - 4pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Hours Per Week: 36
Anticipated Hiring Range: $18 / hour
