SUMMARY

The Department of English at SUNY Brockport is accepting applications for anticipated part-time adjunct faculty openings to teach daytime face-to-face composition courses on our main campus.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions:
Teaching (100%)

• Teaches assigned courses in the Department of English
• Engages in experiential and hands-on education when appropriate
• Produces effective course materials
• Achieves student learning outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in English or a related field from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching college composition

Work Schedule: Variable

Salary and Benefits:
