SUMMARY

The Department of Social Work at SUNY Brockport is accepting applications for potential part-time adjunct faculty openings. Courses may be offered in-person, online, or in hybrid formats.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions:
Teaching (100%)

  • Teaches assigned courses in the Department of Social Work
  • Engages in experiential and hands-on education when appropriate
  • Produces effective course materials
  • Achieves student learning outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited CSWE social work program from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Minimum of two years post MSW practice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Teaching Experience

Work Schedule: Variable

Salary and Benefits:

$5,500 stipend per 3 credit course or 3 credit course equivalent. May be benefits eligible. Find out more about benefits at Careers@Brockport.
