"Adjunct Faculty - Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS) Superintendent Field Supervisor"

The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS) in the College of Education at the University of Houston invites applications for temporary adjunct faculty positions as a Field Supervisor for our Superintendent Certification program. Field Supervisors provide supervision, including structured guidance, ongoing support, and formal observations for candidates enrolled in practicum courses.

• A master’s degree in school leadership, or a related field.
• Current, valid TEA certification as a Superintendent in Texas.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in district leadership in a Texas public, public charter, or accredited private school.
• TEA-approved Field Supervisor Observation Training for Advanced Candidates
