Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No
Starting Salary Range: AJCR $1,208-$1,344 per credit hour and in accordance with the adjunct table and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.
Position Summary:
Teach one or more mathematics and/or statistics courses ranging from Contemporary Math through Differential Equations and Business Statistics. Classes will be available during the summer, fall, and spring semesters and will be taught on the JCCC campus in a face-to-face format.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours earned in mathematics-intensive courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated understanding of students at a community college.
- Experience teaching at the community college level.
- Experience using Canvas or similar learning management system.
- Ability to effectively teach statistics courses.
