Entrants will:
- meet the requirements set out in Art. 113 of the Higher Education Law Act of 20 July 2018 (Dziennik Ustaw 2024, Item 1571, as amended),
- hold a higher education diploma in the field of instrumental studies, specialization of oboe studies and a MA diploma in art,
- hold at least a Ph.D. degree in music art in the artistic discipline: music art,
- have had achievements in the area of artistic performance or research, participation in artistic or scientific-research projects,
- have worked at least five years as an educator conducting classes in higher arts education,
- declare that if they are employed, the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław will be their primary place of work,
- have a good knowledge of Polish language.

Selection process
Entrants are required to submit the following documents:
- an application for the participation in the Competition,
- a CV,
- a copy of documents confirming qualifications,
- information on achievements in the area of artistic performance or research, participation in artistic or scientific-research projects
- a copy of a document certifying the working at least five years in higher education as an educator conducting classes in higher arts education,
- a written statement, that if they are employed, the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław will be their primary place of work,
- a written statement that they meet the requirements set out in Art. 113 of the Higher Education Law Act of20 July 2018 (Dziennik Ustaw 2024, Item 1571, as amended).
Entries should be send by 31 August 2026 to the Personnel Department of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, pl. Jana Pawła II 2, 50-043 Wrocław or sent to kadry@amkl.edu.pl. The date of receipt of the entries decides.
A Competition Board has the right to interview a candidate on occupational and artistic subjects. A candidate may be asked to submit an artistic program (ca. 30 Minutes) and to conduct a demonstration lesson.
The Competition winner will be announced by 16 September 2026.
The Academy reserves the right to cancel the Competition without specifying the reasons for its decision.
