Job Summary

Provide executive administrative support to the Chairman, Administrator, Business Manager, and Office Manager to include: calendar maintenance, management of office operations, and phone coverage. Triage daily operations to include: paperwork, purchasing, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes. Prepare conference agendas and travel arrangements for the Chair. Check request preparation for Foundation and Chair funds. Administrative support for Annual Moretz Surgical Society.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support
Provide executive and administrative support to the Chairman, Administrator, Business Manager, and Office Manager to include: calendar maintenance management of office operations, and phone coverage.

Daily Operations
Triage daily operations to include: paperwork, purchasing, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes; Prepare conference agendas and travel arrangements for the Chair. Check request preparation for Foundation and Chair funds; Administrative support for Annual Surgical Society.

Other Duties
All other related duties/tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in administrative support positions.
OR
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from a State or Federal accrediting organization and seven years of progressively responsible experience in administrative support positions.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills

Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift: Days/M-F
Pay Band: B5
Salary Range: $17.88/hourly - $21.92/hourly
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position.
Recruitment Period: 2/11/26 - Until Filled
