Administrator ADAAA
The purpose of this class is to perform professional support to a functional area within an assigned College department or function.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and three (3) years of professional-level experience in human resources administering workplace accommodations under the ADAAA, Family Medical Leave, and Worker's Compensation, preferably in a higher education setting.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
- Provide leadership and technical proficiency to assigned College division and/or function.
- Remain knowledgeable about the College, its structure, culture, policies, and practices.
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external organizations.
- Prepare and analyze reports, as requested.
- Develop policies and procedures, as required.
- Serve as an advocate for the College and its students, as required.
- Serve as liaison between College departments, faculty and/or staff, as required
