Provide proactive admin support across academic departments in a collaborative, student-focused university environment.

Some tasks of the role include:
- Coordinating meetings, exams, and field trips
- Supporting staff onboarding and health & safety inductions
- Managing travel bookings, office resources, and supplies
- Updating course materials and maintaining systems
- Assisting with Faculty events and committee work
- Liaising with other university business units
Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE) at our Lincoln Campus. The salary is fixed at: $63,800 per annum.

You will have:
- Strong admin and customer service experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to learn university systems and processes
- A flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and cultural awareness
- Discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Alignment with Manaakitaka and Lincoln University values.
