- Remuneration: $120,443 to $131,749 pa (HEW7) (inclusive of $101,775 to $111,330 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
- Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Admissions and Scholarships Analyst to join Student Administration, People Services, Administrative Division.
The Admissions and Scholarships Analyst provides high-quality analysis and reporting to support effective decision-making. The role delivers accurate, timely insights on admissions and scholarship trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and digital solutions, the Analyst drives process and system enhancements that streamline workflows, strengthen data integrity, and improve the applicant and staff experience. The role also oversees configuration, issue resolution, and documentation to maintain efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

The department supports international, domestic and research higher degree students, in collaboration with specialist service partners across the university..
What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated analytical expertise with the capacity to interpret complex data, identify insights and trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations that inform operational, strategic, and committee-level decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead continuous improvement and digital innovation initiatives, applying data-driven approaches to streamline business processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and present complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior governance groups.
- Demonstrated high-level capability in ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance, including experience with audit requirements, policy frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Proven contribution to planning and forecasting, demonstrating the ability to model scenarios, benchmark performance, and align insights with institutional priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build organisational capability by developing tools, dashboards, and knowledge resources that enable staff to confidently access, interpret, and apply data.
