An exciting opportunity for an Enrolment and Administration Officer is currently available in the busy Student Business Services Department which provides professional administrative services to student and staff for activities associated with the enrolment, examination and graduation of students.
This diverse and customer service focussed role oversees student engagement activities in the areas of front counter management at the Student Assist office and providing accurate advice and information to students, colleagues and visitors to the office.
A job-share arrangement may be considered.
About the person
To be successful in securing this rewarding and varied role, you will have:
- Completion of relevant qualification or a combination of professional administration experience and education/training in a customer focused role as well as high level of computer literacy.
- Demonstrated experience in and a proven commitment to customer service including an ability to work professionally in a high volume, process driven administrative environment with variable workflow patterns demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently as an effective team member.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels and with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures as well as to interpret and explain policy, regulations and guidelines.
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $71,938.46 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
