Recruit students to attend the University by creating awareness about the University, its programs, and scholarship opportunities among students, counselors, and alumni.

Independently plans, coordinates, and represents the school at national, regional, and local recruitment activities, including community college and university visits, high school programs, hospital and health care organization visits, conferences, college fairs, and other off-campus recruitment events.

Provides comprehensive analysis of information and credentials submitted by applicants. Screens, verifies, and evaluates data on admissions applications and transcript materials maintaining all files and record systems.

Facilitates and conducts interviews with prospective students.

Maintain daily tracking for prospective students and applicants.

Participate in open houses for prospective students, onsite school/hospital visits, and other recruitment events.

Prepare reports concerning admission statistics and any research conducted in enrollment development.

Provide recommendations for improvement of recruitment strategies and changes to policies or procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree.

Experience : One (1) year of experience in admissions, student enrollment, or a related field.

Other : Clery act designated job as campus security authorities (CSA) member and will comply with Clery Act requirements.

Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 undergraduate college credits being equivalent to one year of related experience. In instances where specific education and/or experience is required only directly related education and/or experience may be substituted.
