Advisors and Networks Coordinator (TIDE)

The Oxford Department of International Development (ODID) is seeking to recruit an Advisors and Networks Coordinator who will be working within the Technology and Industrialization for Development Centre (TIDE). The postholder will provide proactive coordination and administrative support to the TIDE Senior Advisors and Advisory Board, ensuring effective engagement, timely follow-up, and delivery of agreed actions and outputs. The role will support the smooth operation of meetings and committee activity, including scheduling, agenda coordination, minute-taking, and maintenance of action and decision logs.

Key responsibilities include supporting the organization and delivery of the Senior Advisors Retreat, Advisory Board meetings, and other high-level engagements; maintaining accurate records and stakeholder contact lists; preparing briefing packs and meeting documentation; and coordinating associated administrative and financial processes in line with University policies and procedures.

This is a fixed-term, part-time appointment (0.4 FTE) for 9 months. The role will be Oxford-based, with flexibility for remote working, and occasional travel may be required.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload and work to deadlines. They will also have experience of providing a high standard of administrative support and drafting correspondence. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential for this role.
