Salary package: $121,359 - $129,772 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full Time, Continuing (Contingent Funded)

The Position
The successful candidate will provide specialist technical management skill in support of the instrumentation program in the area of mechanical engineering. This position will provide design; development, validation and maintenance expertise for approved RSAA technical projects and activities.
The Person
We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Engineering Specialist with experience in mechanical and opto-mechanical design, system validation techniques and maintenance of mechanical or opto-mechanical systems. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to quickly develop productive, professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Highly developed organisational skills and effective self-management are key.
