Office of Career and Professional Development
Job Summary
Provide leadership and support in developing, implementing, monitoring, and sustaining data and reporting for the Office of Career and Professional Development. Develop, maintain, and manage processes for the collection, archiving, analysis, reporting and ongoing tracking of annual assessment documents, including the University's First Destination Survey.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all assessment-related functions in the Office of Career and Professional Development
- Lead the University's First Destination Survey coordination and reporting. Collaborate with each Academic College to identify and consolidate college-specific outcome reporting into one University report
- Analyze data and develop reports as required for accountability and accreditation
- Partner and collaborate with the Office of Institutional Research and the Office of Institutional Assessment and Accreditation to leverage existing databases to assess the impact of the Office of Career and Professional Development programs and services
- Research and analyze Career and Professional Development student activity data in Handshake and other databases to assess department impact and inform program changes
- Provide ongoing support in analyzing and reporting on student learning outcomes assessed on all three campuses
- Actively participate in relevant assessment committees at the University as requested
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
- Three (3) or more years of related experience

Preferred Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, social or behavioral science, education, or closely related field
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis and interpretation of data, report writing, and communicating findings to a range of audiences, including policy makers, educators, and the general public
Proposed Salary
$24.17 per hour. This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
