Position Summary:
The Business Division is seeking applicants for a full-time, ten-month faculty position as an Assistant or Associate Professor of Business Administration beginning in the 2026-2027 academic year. The Business Program offers emphases in Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Operations & Supply Chain management. Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Contract begins August 1, 2026.
Responsible for teaching excellence in business courses at the undergraduate level in an innovative and ability-based curriculum that emphasizes active student learning and instructor feedback on performance.
Collaborating internally as part of an innovative and diverse business faculty inspired to provide transformative learning opportunities that prepare students for a variety of rewarding careers in the business field.
Collaborating externally as part of professional engagement and community partnerships to benefit our vibrant campus in teaching and learning.
Departmental responsibilities include student advising, on-going curriculum development, and participation in college-wide faculty development meetings and experiences.
Engage in scholarly practices that develop teaching practice.
Engage with current and prospective students through activities such as connection with student groups, attendance at college-sponsored events, or recruitment events.
Successful candidates should highlight any specific experience and expertise related to supporting a diverse and inclusive educational community. Willingness to contribute to the College’s strategic plan of inclusion is essential.
Qualifications and Education
Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), Doctor of Management, Doctor of Professional Studies or Ph.D. equivalent, Master's Degree in one of: Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship or Innovation or MBA with an aligned specialization.
Three to five years of relevant industry experience.
Prior teaching experience is preferred.
