The GSB's degree and non-degree programs provide students with a transformative educational experience that is built on a foundation of faculty research. Campaigns & Content

  • Oversee recruitment campaigns for the Seed Transformation Program (STP) and volunteer programs, managing assets and executing across email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to support live and digital outreach events.
  • Participate in social media strategy, content ideation, curation, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct social listening to uncover opportunities for engagement and identify brand risks.

Platform & Contractor Management

  • Serve as the primary admin for digital platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Pardot, Khoros, WhatsApp, Bitly, WordPress), ensuring smooth operations and timely updates.
  • Manage external consultants and agencies; assist with sourcing new partners as needed.

Branding & Asset Management

  • Support the implementation of brand guidelines across our global organization.
  • Manage design needs for brochures, presentations, and templates; maintain and organize visual assets (photo/video) in Google Drive.
  • Update website content and provide light design support (Google Slides, HTML).

Community Engagement

  • Cultivate a vibrant Seed Transformation Network (alumni community) through newsletters, WhatsApp engagement, and program-specific communications.
  • Draft and schedule emails using tools like Pardot (training provided as needed).

Event & Program Support

  • Support real-time communications during events, design presentations, coordinate social content, and follow up on post-event deliverables.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage details while maintaining a clear view of project goals.
  • Proficiency and interest in marketing technology, including CRM and lead management, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), Google Suite, website platforms, design tools, and email marketing.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new platforms and tools (e.g., Pardot, Khoros, Asana, WhatsApp, AI-based tools).
  • Proactive, self-starting, and excellent at follow-through.
  • Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable steps and systems.

Preferred

  • Experience working in international or emerging market contexts (e.g., Africa, South Asia).
  • Recruitment experience in a higher education setting.
  • Social media management.
  • Design experience or experience working closely with designers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HTML, WhatsApp, Google Analytics, and creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
