Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director of Law School Admissions is responsible for managing admissions-related social media, recruiting, file review, and student ambassadors.

This position requires substantial travel during the fall semester (September – November) as well as weekend and evening hours.

Essential Functions:

  • Serves as a member of the committee that reviews a high volume of applicant files.
  • Conducts off-campus candidate recruitment.
  • Serves as the admissions representative for the Law School at national and regional recruitment fairs and forums.
  • Maintains correspondence with prospective students.
  • Maintains recruitment calendar for all LSAC forms and Professional/Graduate Fairs.
  • Leads and grows the current student ambassador program and its engagement with admitted students.
  • Manages all social media outlets related to both prospective and admitted students.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in college recruiting.
