Senior Associate Director, Full-Time MBA Admissions

Lead diversity recruitment strategy to attract and yield applicants from historically underrepresented groups; build and sustain partnerships with organizations, corporations, and community groups to grow the pipeline.

Serve as a primary contact for underrepresented minority applicants throughout the admissions process, providing guidance, support, and targeted outreach.

Collaborate across admissions and school leadership to align recruitment plans, evaluate outcomes, and refine strategies that enhance diversity and yield.

Represent the Full-Time MBA admissions function externally, including at conferences, events, and with partner organizations, alumni, and employers.

Build and manage strategic student and alumni engagement, including volunteers and student leaders, to support recruitment activities and foster community.

Oversee admissions events and operations, including budgeting, planning, data tracking, committee participation, application evaluation, and travel for recruitment and admitted student programming.

Supervise and develop a team of admissions officers, fostering a collaborative culture grounded in inclusion, learning, and shared ownership.

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in attracting, interviewing, and yielding highly qualified MBA candidates from diverse backgrounds, or comparable experience in higher education or other demanding talent environments; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Experience in managing complex projects, developing detailed project plans, and organizing and analyzing data.

Experience engaging, developing relationships with, and influencing senior-level executives, alumni and prospective MBA students.

Demonstrated ability to align stakeholder perspectives into a coordinated strategy that drives shared outcomes.

Proven ability to approach complex and sensitive community matters with care, discretion, and sound judgment.

Strong analytical and technical skills.

The posting range for this position is $74,400 to $96,200. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
