Assistant Director, Spartan Store (Digital Marketing & Insignia Products)
DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the website operations & customer service within the store. Social media management on multiple platforms. Developing of marketing materials under the director's leadership. Purchasing & merchandising of clothing partnered with the director support. Customer Service Manager reports to Assistant Director. Oversee management of Website/POS/When to Work/Software store systems.
OUTCOMES:
To service the college community through effective marketing & web-based services. Insignia apparel operations marketed to college community and beyond. Delivering a profitable net income to support the College Spartan Store. Maintaining high levels of customer service for a positive store image.
- Purchasing, merchandising & marketing of insignia apparel under Director's leadership 30%
- Develop social media, marketing materials & web business to increase sales/improve profits 25%
- Develop high levels of customer service for both internal & external customers 15%
- Website and POS maintenance 20%
- Assist the Director in store operations 10%
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 to 5 years experience in retail, purchasing & management
- Proficient with Microsoft office programs, Adobe Suite, and Canva
- Computer skills & web-based operations
- Customer Service & supervisory skills
