Description
The Yale Department of Pediatrics is recruiting for an Assistant or Associate Professor of Pediatrics in our Section of General Pediatrics, Subsection of Adolescent Medicine, to join an outstanding team of two board-certified adolescent medicine physicians and a community of general pediatricians, nurse practitioners and physician's assistants.
The recruited faculty member will participate in both primary and specialty (referral-based) clinical care for adolescents at both our primary care office and subspecialty/school-based locations. Evening hours are offered to our patients at these locations to provide increased access to care. In addition, faculty in adolescent medicine actively participate in the educational mission of the Section of General Pediatrics and the Yale School of Medicine, including teaching and supervision of residents, fellows, and students. Faculty also have opportunities to lead and support clinical quality improvement and research.

The successful applicant will be appointed at a Yale Medical School rank commensurate with their level of qualifications and experience on the Academic Clinician Track.
Qualifications
Applicants should be board certified or board eligible in Adolescent Medicine and qualified for an appointment to the faculty at the Yale School of Medicine.
