Position Summary

Clinical Psychology, Assistant-level (tenure-track): Outstanding candidates... Salary and start-up packages for the position are highly competitive.

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field awarded by 8/1/2026 from an APA- or PCSAS-accredited program.
• Candidates should have a strong record of innovative methodologically rigorous research.
• Clear potential for obtaining extramural funding.
• Ability to be an effective teacher at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with and be sensitive to the educational needs of students, while actively promoting student success.
• All areas of specialization within clinical psychology will be considered.
• This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates who are licensed or license-eligible in Texas are preferred...
• Those with interests and/or experience in community-engaged research are desired...
