Assistant Professor of Business(emphasis in finance and economics)

Starting January 2026

Brescia University seeks full-time faculty members whose teaching philosophy aligns with our mission and who are passionate about high quality teaching, student mentorship, and inclusive learning environments. This position will contribute to both undergraduate and graduate instruction including Economics, Finance, Management and Marketing, but not limited to these.

Qualifications

:

• Ph.D. or other terminal degree in Business; experience and a concentration in management and/or marketing preferred. In absence of a terminal degree, Master’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance required. Tenure-track position offered to terminally degreed candidates only.
• Evidence of excellence in undergraduate teaching and commitment to student-centered learning preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to community engagement, academic advising, and collegial service.
