General Requirements: Experience in teaching and in developing new course programming desirable.

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties: Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the Department of Management and Marketing for both face-to-face classes on the Huntsville campus, and online classes. Participate in departmental administrative activities as directed by the department chair. Plays an executive role in the development and maintenance of the COBA Master's in Leadership program, including planning, development of curriculum, and developing industry linkages to propagate the program in the region.

Educational Requirements for the Position (Faculty Positions Only): Master's degree in Management from an AACSB accredited institution, with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in related courses.

Experience Required for the Position (Faculty Positions Only): Significant industry experience.
