Job Description: The Assistant Golf Coach will aid in the growth and development of the golf program by assisting with planning and directing the activities of the womens golf team.

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications: Successful background as a golf player or coach.

• Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large;
• Conduct/Oversee player progress evaluation, individual workouts, and study hall;
• Participate in recruiting student athletes;
• Assist the head golf coach in the overall operations of the sport;
• Develop and coordinate the academic success program for student athletes in need of academic assistance;
• Participate in efforts to collect, analyze and report data for the athletic department in the University's planning, assessment and evaluation processes for institutional effectiveness;
• Assist in the production of outcomes assessment and long range planning for the athletic department;
• Oversee the golf teams while in the weight room and assist with maintaining the upkeep of the weight room;
• Assist with all phases of operations for the Golf Driving Range facility;
• Assist with the completion of required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University; and
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head golf coach and the Athletic Director.
