"Assistant Director of Player Personnel"

Job Description

Oversees the evaluation/scouting of all sophomore and junior high school prospects. Builds and maintains the recruiting board for sophomore and junior high school prospects. Assists with hosting prospects and parents on official and unofficial visits. Communicate and build relationships with prospects and parents. Assists with the collection of transcripts and academic monitoring. Helps Head Coach and assistant coaches with their recruiting travel and logistics while on the road. Assists with all camps and clinics as it relates to recruiting needs. Performs research and special projects as assigned. Tracks and distributes sophomore and junior prospect's competition results to staff throughout season. Attends away contests with travel team as instructed by General Manager. Manages upkeep of ARMS recruiting database. Assists the General Manager with all day-to-day activities. Manages all students working in personnel.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 4 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
