Associate/Assistant Professor in Marketing
The Department of Management and Marketing at the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) invites applications for the position of Associate/Assistant Professor in Marketing with specializations in Global Business and Innovation.
FBA is one of the largest faculties in the University and a well-established full-service business faculty with AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS accreditations. It bridges academic education with real-world practice and proactively engages with industry and professional bodies.
FBA provides education in subjects ranging from Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, Information Systems and Management, Marketing, General Management, to specialized Integrated Resort and Tourism Management. The Department of Management and Marketing is looking for top-quality scholars. Faculty members have published in top marketing journals (e.g., Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, and Journal of Consumer Psychology) and other premier outlets. The Department provides excellent research support including a start-up research grant, reasonable teaching load, and access to sophisticated facilities.
Qualifications: Applicants should have a PhD degree (or close to completion) in Marketing, Strategy, International Business, Innovation, or related fields; demonstrate evidence of ability to conduct impactful research and publish in top-tier journals; and have a commitment to teaching excellence. For Associate Professor, a well-established track record of research excellence, academic leadership, and mentoring is required.
Remuneration: Commensurate with academic qualification and experience. The current local maximum income tax rate is 12%, effectively around 5%–7% after exemptions.
