North Sydney location (preferred), Melbourne considered

As Associate Director, Education Pathways, you'll contribute high level strategic leadership and operational management to support the strategic direction, growth and quality of ACU's education pathway programs. Working closely with the Director, you'll identify new business opportunities and product development that contribute to the financial sustainability of pathways programs, while maintaining academic integrity and compliance.

You'll also drive the effective implementation of pathway initiatives, oversee day-to-day operations across the directorate and ensure that programs are delivered to a high academic, regulatory and student-experience standard, that reflect and uphold ACU's Catholic identity, values and commitment to equity, inclusion and the dignity of every learner.

To be successful, you'll possess a comprehensive understanding of tertiary education and pathway sector compliance requirements and academic governance frameworks, coupled with a master's degree in business, education, leadership or a closely related discipline (or equivalent experience).
