Position Summary
Directs development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and the refinement of policies and procedures to align with campus goals and competitive practices.
Directs/ develops talent acquisition (staffing) strategies and implements programs and plans for recruitment, testing, and selection. Directs Payroll, HRIS, and Records Operations.
Leads continuous process improvement efforts across assigned functional areas to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
