Position Details
Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Associate Director of CRM Operations will serve as the division's lead expert on Slate, driving innovation and operational excellence within Enrollment Management while collaborating with divisional partners.
This role works closely with Undergraduate, Graduate, Financial Aid, Information Technology Services, and campus partners to maintain system configuration, high-quality data, and optimize workflows to support recruitment goals.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Slate Captain for Undergraduate Slate instance, act as key collaborator to Graduate Slate instance.
- Oversee Slate's functional administration including workflows, automations, queries, reports, portals, events, and forms to enhance recruitment and enrollment efforts.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, test, and maintain integrations between Slate, Workday, and other third-party systems.
- Lead and manage projects that advance the functionality of Slate within the division and campus partners.
- Collaborate with the Director of Admissions, Associate Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Planning, and Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Planning on reporting and data analysis.
- Partner with the Enrollment Research & Data Analyst to support data-informed decisions.
- Discover and develop future enhancements to Slate to improve overall user experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Admissions and/or Associate Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems, data management, business processes, and project management
- Minimum 2 years of Slate experience, well-versed in configurable joins
- Working knowledge of database structure and CRM-ERP integrations
- Experience mapping and improving business processes
- Proven success managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, technology, business processes and coordination of internal and external partners
- Problem solving and investigative skills, enthusiasm for identifying and executing ways to improve
Preferred Qualifications:
- Slate Captain
- Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS; experience with APIs and system integration processes
- Experience with Workday
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Summer: Monday - Thursday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Occasional evening and weekend hours during events when needed.
