Felician University, the Franciscan University of New Jersey is seeking a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic and student-focused academics support professional to serve as Associate Director of Transfer and Adult Admissions. Reporting to the Director of Transfer and Adult Enrollment, executes the University's recruitment strategy and external partnership development and oversees application review for transfer and accelerated undergraduate populations, playing a key role in driving institutional enrollment growth. He/she manages all recruitment events, community college pipelines, and key partnerships with community college advisors and employers that expand the University's reach. In collaboration with the Office of Marketing and Communications, the Associate Director ensures consistent, mission-aligned outreach messaging and leads innovative recruitment efforts that reflect the University's commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and student success.

Required Education:
BA/BS degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field required. Master's degree in preferred
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a university environment, preferably in college admissions, recruitment, or enrollment management, with a focus on transfer and adult student populations; demonstrated expertise in transfer and adult student recruitment, including community college partnerships and enrollment strategy development; strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Ellucian Colleague, and SLATE; excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to represent the University effectively to internal and external stakeholders; demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with a culturally and religiously diverse student population; flexibility and willingness to work evening and weekend hours as needed; ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
Salary Range: $58,000 - 73,600
