Associate Lecturer in Nursing Skills
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic clinical skills teaching team on an hourly paid basis. This role involves delivering high-quality practical nursing skills sessions to students enrolled in our undergraduate and/or postgraduate nursing programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging clinical skills teaching and simulation-based learning.
- Support students in developing confidence and competence in essential nursing procedures.
- Collaborate with academic and clinical colleagues to ensure teaching aligns with professional standards and programme outcomes.
About You:
- Current NMC registration and recent clinical experience are essential.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring within clinical or academic settings is desirable.
- A genuine enthusiasm for education and student development is key.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the training of future nurses within a supportive and forward-thinking academic environment. It would run from January until June 2026.
