About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Audiences and Marketing team at the Stephen A. Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities, as the Centre prepares to open to the public with its Cultural Programme in April 2026.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Audience and Campaigns Manager will take responsibility for a defined portfolio of integrated marketing campaigns, working alongside a second Audience and Campaigns Manager to deliver shared audience and organisational objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Translate audience strategy into effective, insight-led campaign plans that reach new and diverse audiences, build loyalty and repeat attendance
  • Manage campaign budgets and media spend, ensuring value for money and contributing to ROI and performance reporting
  • Commission and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content and assets across digital and offline channels, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners

This fixed-term role has been created to support the launch and early development of the Schwarzman Centre’s public programme and Audiences and Marketing function during a period of growth.
