Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Experience with cash transactions.
• Full service bar experience (beer, wine, and liquor).
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.

License/Certification Required

Essential Job Functions

• Set up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of all wines, liquors, and beers.
• Greets guests and maintains a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Takes orders and checks back with customers.
• Maintains clean and professional appearance throughout the shift.
• Collect correct payment for sales.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior bartender experience.
• ABC Commission Online Seller-Server Training Program.

Work Schedule/Hours: Will work Catering functions as needed. Times and days vary.
